Why doesn't anyone just listen when it comes to PIZZA

My mother has NO idea about frozen pizzas. She wanted me to put the pizza on the platform inside the combi-oven, with the tray on the bottom.
That would have lead to a horrible saggy pizza, and a waste of time.
She has NO idea how things work. She keeps interfering. Worst of all, she MOVES things. I can't find anything twice in a row, because it's moved.
I think it's a problem with her entire generation. Nobody her age appreciates that I need to be able to concentrate to do things. If they're talking endlessly, or 'trying' to help, they just stop me from doing it right. They think they know everything, and don't even think that what they know is hardly anything.
Another example is my mother's friend's way of 'helping' me shop trees out of the garden. He sawed on the side I didn't want it to go, BELOW the point where I'd been cutting it with an axe. If it wasn't for the length of washing line tied to the thing to guide it back, it would have fallen on someone's house, destroying a fence on the way.
As it was, the damn thing whacked me on the head on the way down, since I was hauling on the trunk directly to get it to split the right way.
I am sick of having to repeat myself multiple times when I say something. I'm sick of bad drivers who don't see anything wrong with what they do. I'm sick of people thinking they know better.
Does anyone just hate it when someone just won't listen? Especially when it comes to Pizza!

hi tray...i don't think it's just her generation. there are types of people in each generation. some need to concentrate and others can have a lot of things going on and still concentrate well on what they're doing. ...regarding your pizza ===some people just don't truly enjoy things done right. they might not even notice or care. in your mother's case if she can talk while eating the pizza it probably doesn't matter to her if it's soggy. it's all about talking, and talking.
