Which is the best free AntiSpyware to remove AV2010?

My coputer is infected with AV2010.I understand removing it manually is a risky job for me as as I am not a computer expert.However there are some free software available to remove AV2010 automatically.Before I experiment with any one of them, I like to know from someone who has sucessfully removed the spyware AV2008 or AV2009 or AV 2010 ?Thank you in advance. I reccomend spyware search and destroy. My computer was filled with spyware and it effectively removed all of them for me and my computer has been running great ever since.
