Whats the difference in Breast implants?

they have textured and smooth implants.. whats the difference? i havent found a site that said one way or another other than there might be more rippling with the textured kind which makes me wonder what the PROS are to the textured kind then?? anyone know what the reason would be for choosing one over the other and the difference in the results?

I have no idea, I thought they were all alike but since I never needed them I never really bothered to research it let me know what you come up with

I didnt know there was different textures but i did know there was silicon and saline (sorry if thats spelt wrong) and that the recommend the saline because they dont leak chemicals into your body.

well they have started allowing silicon back again.. they redesigned it to where it will not leak.. its like a whole piece and you can cut it down the middle and it just will split it into two pieces and solid so no leakage..

That's good to know - not that I'm in need of enhancements but for future reference. (for a future child someday in case because one side not developing and being lopsided visibly tends to run in the family)
