Do you ever perform RAOK?

I must admit I have not in quite awhile which does make me ashamed of myself. I plan to change that in the coming year. I want to make sure that if nothing else I do this once a month but would like to do it more often.

Hi sweetdesign,
I am happy that you have reminded me of the Random Act Of Kindness on the eve of 2009.
Though I used to do occasionally,now I want to do more from this new year.
It gives me more pleasure,to see the happiness of the person who receives my
help.

You are very welcome. I think there will be tons of opportunity this coming year what with the way things are. RAOK never needs to be extravigant just the little things that make life nicer.

Now I feel dumb. I did not recognize the initials for what they were, and I was thinking it was some kind of massage or meditation. Yes, I try to always perform random acts of kindness.
