I just wanted to notify about one less talked paid-to-read program. (I searched this MyLot before posting this) It's a great program and the only program I am constantly promoting. It's online for nearly 3 years and paying regularly. All the mails are worth minimum 1/4 cent. Important thing is, they are offering 50% referral earnings on level 1, while other programs offer around 25% or so. (some exceptions are there) Getting good number of referrals and being active in this one program will make a big difference, I think. Indians and Chinese have to get permission from the PO before they cashout. (I am from India, and I am getting regular payment) I am talking about Fishing For Mails.
