Cash Crate Questions?

I need some information on Cash Crate please. I joined Cash Crate this month so this is my first payout. I logged in this morning and I had a certain amount of earnings, I logged in again this evening and I have a 0 amount of earnings. And it said my January earnings is O. MY question is do you have to request a payout or do they automatically pay you and send you a check?

yeah its the New month if you have ur , account set at a certain amount then CC will take that amount out n send it to you in a check in the mail, making your account at Zero.
