Hi marketing, I don’t believe you gain weight seriously, or might be you look rather thinner before giving birth of your first baby. Anyway some of us would become a little ... little bit chubby only after marriage. I always imagine that you are the one looking so slim and fit as well in your avatar currently.
For me I would cut down taking oily and sweety food, and desserts as well as those fruits which contain much sugar when I notice that my weigh going up a little bit. I know my weigh is going up when I find it is rather tight when putting on clothes. Yeah, this is the very time for me to take care of the daily food taking.

Oh my gosh! I forgot to answer your question so I have to drop by again. We have to do exercise like jogging for at least twenty minutes to promote our blood circulation and plus another twenty minutes or more to burn away the excess fat of our body. We have to do the exercise at least 50 minutes or more continuously until sweaty, and we have to do this as well at least 5 days weekly even though we got our desirable weigh already. Cheerios!

Hello marketing friend. I think that there are many good ways of losing weight, but most importantly, we need to be persistent in what we are focused on if we have set an aim for it. Have you ever though of taking a walk of certain distance or running for some miles as a way of losing weight and it is cheap as well? I wish you successful in your set-aim in the new year.

Hi Marketing, I am trying to lose a bit of weight myself and am just cutting back and doing more aerobic exercises than usual. You could try that Herbalife you mentioned before which is two meal replacements and then eat one main meal a day. I lost a lot of weight with that years ago but it can get pricey. Good luck with whatever way you chose to help lose it. Huggles. Ellie :D

I think the best exercise is consistent exercise. The saying slow and steady wins the race is true when applied to weight loss. Miracle diets, and exercise plans sell magazines and books. Lots of them because they don't work!
The average woman needs 1,200 calories a day. That's extremely easy to get. The problem comes in when we try to cut calories too much. Even though you're exercizing the body thinks your starving so it puts the breaks on your metabolism, it holds onto the fat and it's muscle mass you lose. So you want to keep the calories about 1,200
Be sure to eat breakfast. If you skip breakfast you're 4 1/2 more times likely to be obese.
Drink plenty of water. Drinking water not only helps stave off hunger, but it flushes your system and helps raise your metabolism.
For exercise some cardio type is good like brisk walking. It helps condition the heart, lungs, vascular system so you have good oxygenation. And you want to do some strength building exercises. It's the muscles that burn off the fat.
Here's the kicker though. Doing the strength exercises builds muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. So your tape measure is as much or more valuable than your scale. While you're shaping up it may seem that you've lost next to nothing if you're only looking at your scale. But the tape measure will show that you've lost inches as well. And that's the goal to be fit and firm.
If you get bored (and that happens easily) then vary your routine. For your cardio, may walk one time and bike the next. For your strength training there's all kinds of things, vary routines with weights, do some resistance exercises. The key is to just keep doing it.
Don't forget to reward yourself too. If you lose a dress size get something new to show that looks good, feels good and shows your progress off.
