Was Fear Itself Canceled?

did the horror tv show on nbc "Fear Itself" get canceled? i know it was on this summer and it was very interesting i thought.. i thought of it as this generations twilight zone in a sense.. anyways it just went off and i havent heard anything since so does anyone know if its coming back?

According to tv.com, it is listed as "on hiatus/TBD." It was probably a summer series to fill space but it was good. What I saw of it anyway - I kept forgetting when it was on and ended up doing something else instead

hmm i hope so.. it wasnt scary but it was at least entertaining which is more than a lot of wanna be horror things lately
