Do you ever write or respond to a discussion from one of your country fellows and telling them things only to realize that you are from the same country but at first you assume that he/she is a foreigner. lol Well this person was responding to me about something I wrote in a discussion. One long epistle because the assumption was based on his/her mind that I am a foreigner. So I went to his profile to see how best I would inform this person that what was written was so wrong and was amazed when I came upon this discover. When one is selling his/her country it is best to be positive and know all the facts that you are writing about because you will never know when you look like an empty head.

Hi! I just based my posts on my experience and knowledge. i dont post anything that is not true, just like what you mentioned, the other member might know what was the truth and I will look like a fool if that happens. have fun!

Actually I tend to be the opposite. I rarely check people's profiles for location and therefore tend to assume that they are FROM my country. Unless the post has obvious broken english in which case I'd assume they were from another country. So far I don't think it has been an issue, except for one time when I suggested going to Walmart and the poster was in Europe. LOL.
