I'm currently in the middle of it. At this point, I'm not sure how I feel about it. I'm struggling a bit emotionally with the way things are portrayed and yet at the same time I realize that the novel is about God revealing himself to one particular individual. The revelation is personalized for him. I'm pushing myself to read further.
Have you read this? What do you think about it? Does your opinion of the book differ significantly from other people you know that have read it?

Who is the author, rocket? I haven't read this book and neither have I heard of it before. God does revcal himself in so many different ways. A friend of mine, years ago, wanted to believe and like most of us at some time or another had had difficulty in believing that God cared for hom as an individual. He had prayed and had not felt anything at all. One day, he was going home. very despondent, and he was suddenly engulfed in a feeling of love. He has been thaning God ever since for the wondeful privilege of feeling His love. Blesings

I've seen that book at the bookstore and I did read the back of the book to see what it was about, I thought about buying it but I didn't. It sounded interesting, maybe it will get better for you as you go along, I haven't talked to anyone else about it, so I don't know what other people are saying. I hope it gets better for you...let me know how it went when your done, I may go out and get it...Have a good day

That was so interesting to come across this discussion. My brother and I were actually talking about it last Saturday and how he had read it and couldn't put it down and that I needed to read the book. I haven't read it yet, but I am supposed to be getting it from him in the next few days. I've heard it's awesome though and is really touching. Keep reading. From what I hear, it's incredible to the very end. God bless

I have never heard of it but will check to see if they have it at the libraby the next time that I go, unless it is a new book.. I don't like to start a book and not finish it, even if it is torture to finish it, I try my best to.. It does sound like an interesting concept..
