How often do you procastinate?

I remember when i was in school.I used to get one and half months break for summer and winter.Before the vacation started i got tons of project and homework to do during this break.I always procastinated my work saying i will finish it tomorrow.And i spend my whole break procastinating and at the last i used to finish to one day before the deadline.I remember those moment which was kind of panic and nigtmare but it was fun.I still do it so i would say procastination made me last minute work guy.Its not good but dont know how to change this habbit.It has become a kind of disease for which i am looking cure for it.Folks any suggestion.
