How do I add a banner in profile / myLot

Tried the edit profile option but could not make head or tail of it? I have seen many of your profiles with banners & am sure its possible. Please tell me how?

can you can pm me the html which you tried to put in profile. I can help you. i was also not able to put banners in my profile long time back. but now i have also put some banners in my profile. You should remove the target="_blank" from html, if any.

Do you know what the target="_blank" code does? If no, it makes the link open in a new window/tab.

i know that, For me i was able to insert html in to my profile only after removing that from the html codes. Thats why i told him to remove that

will keep the taget-blank in mind for future html codes. My banners are up. Thanks to wonderful friends like you in this mylot community.

I wont repeat what others have said on finding the link to add html, but what I will say is that if you paste the code into the html box hit your enter key once after pasting and then save it. I found that if I didn't hit the enter key it didn't recognize what I had pasted into the box.
