What is your frequency of going to an ATM center? Do you really find it convinient to withdraw money from the ATM center? Of late I have seen people using ATM quite often. It has helped in reducing the risk of carrying cash with in the state and out of state also. I find this facility very effective and thus use it quite frequently.

Yes. Moving around "cash-free", with the facility of paying through a credit/debit card, or withdrawing money when needed from the ATM, has certainly given us more freedom. I usually visit the ATM once or twice a week, because I don't go out without cash usually. But still, i operate the ATM for other things too, except just withdrawing money, like for checking my cash balance, etc. It has definitely reduced the stress, which a person went through ages ago, when he forgot his wallet back home, and needed cash. Now its available anytime, just you need an ATM card, and an ATM centre around, which is almost available everywhere around!

When i was still a student i usually visit the ATM machine like every week or more it may vary since sometimes there are unexpected stuff that have to be bought. when i was working, pay day was weekly so i its the same, i visit the ATM machines weekly, then i transfer what i earned to the bank. Now that i am have a debit cart i rarely use the ATM machine. Yes it is more convenient and safer that handing cash. Less dirty though. Money is so dirty literally.

Hi dropofrain, I use ATM at least once in a week. First thing is you don't have to waste your time,in commuting to your bank, and waiting there for your transaction to be done by the busy bank executives. You can travel anywhere without money in your pocket. When you need money just use your ATM card. There will be some bank 's ATM center nearby. Now you know many banks have tie-up arrangements to provide access to their ATM by other member bank customers. It is a boon to the consumers.Only thing is you should have balance in your account. And of course you should not forget your password and carry your card with you always.
