Air Dry or Blow Dry

Do you air dry your hair or do you blow dry? Well for me, i air dry. I've read somewhere that under constant heat, your hair will tend to frizzle and get dried out. Causing it to lose it's shine. From that day on, i stopped blow drying my hair unless i'm in a rush. Other than that, i'd sit under a fan and wait for my hair to dry. Because i have long hair, it takes a longer time. But at the end of the day, i find that the texture of my hair would be much smoother and tamer than if i had blown dry it. What are your thoughts?

I usually just wrap a towel around my head and then let it air dry after that. My hair is nearly down to my waist so it takes forever. But I don't really have the time to sit there and blow dry my hair.

I've fine hair, so it's easy to just let it dry naturally. Moreover I'm cautious about blow-drying which could damage the hair. The only problem is that I've shoulder-length hair, which curl at the ends and in every direction; I've got to comb it straight first, before the curls start forming in the wrong direction.

well for me it depends on the weather of the day. If its summer i usually let my hair air dry but during the winter i do blow dry my hair for me because of the shampoo and conidtioner i use it makes me hair healthier
