Very beautiful soundtrack. Gripping and never down in any moment. The orchestra is superb. Though there are still music scenes not included on this CD such as the battle with the sandstorm and the airplane, you will already be filled with awe on the rest of the tracks. I personally love the Imhotep track when the energy will really be felt because of the drumbeats. It will really keep you alive. The music score of these can't be less compared to other award winning blockbusters such as Star Wars and the likes where the music score is already enough to the audience to give it a five-thumbs up. Maybe because the movie is set-up on Egypt, expect lots of Egyptian hints of music on this CD. Generally, this piece is worth all my cash and I'll be delighted to get it from my CD rack whenever I need some spirits.
