Yesterday I met an old couple who had been married for more than 35 years. When I was chatting with them, I was really surprised to know that they had been wearing their wedding ring from the day of their betrothal. They have not removed it even once. That surprised me a lot. Do you still wear your wedding ring? Have you removed it on any occassion?

Hello,Smily! We have been married forty years back and we are wearing the wedding rings even today. There is no reason for removing it from the finger unless it is broken.Yes,my ring was broken twice and I got it repaired. So also the case of my wife.thanx.

I was married for four years ago and yes, I am wearing my wedding ring, it is very occasional that I would remove it in my ring finger. I intend to wear this as long as it takes, my parents do wear their wedding rings and even those parents in law of mine do have theirs as well. I think I belong to a family who treasure what is known to be a symbol of love for your mate.

I always wore it when I was married, rarely removed it. It was my grandmother's so I gave it back to my dad when my husband divorced me. Otherwise I would still be wearing it because I have no intention of ever marrying again, I don't honor divorce.

Well it's been 50 years and both of us have quit wearing our rings. I don't because my fingars are swollen with age and my husband doesn't becasue he works around equipment where it could cause him harm. How are thoses for flimsey excuses?

If i cannot lost all my rings and jewelries I'm sure I wear that until now. That was happened when we are in fifth year because I forgot to close our house when we leave for vacation of two days. I thought I was locked the door but unfortunately when we arrived after 2 days I found out that the door was not locked. But thanks not all the things inside in our house was lost.
