Frozen Art/shapes etc

it is a great shot, grandpa bob. it is so observant of you to have noticed that the ice crystal on your door window is an artwork in itself. and you are such a lover of nature to have cared to take a shot of it in order to preserve the sight for an easy recall. yes, my children and i have so much to appreciate in nature's beauty, too. yet, we have already tired of getting them in pictures. perhaps it is high time that we resume the hobby. after all, these days, we need not have a pile of those pictures anymore. we just could keep the files in a hard disk.

You know, Grandpa Bob, I go to a bit of trouble to make backgrounds for portraits and product shots; if I had your back window, I would save a lot of time!

I had to put water in the pool because of the evaporation. We have had a little bit of frost but not much.

That is a neat shot and like you said so many different shapes and texture looking things. I can't really pick out any one certain thing.

It is beautiful and a really great picture you have captured. We had snow yesterday and I tried looking at it for nice pattern, but they sort of melted when they hit the window. I guess they need to freeze over or it was to warm as it rained a few hours later. Those ones are really lovely though.

I love ice crystals and the shapes they make when they melt, form or refreeze. Thanks for sharing this with all of us.
