My wife and her attorney, divorce attorney, orchestrated criminal domestic assault charges against me that were dismissed by the judge at a probable cause preliminary hearing by the judge. The judge strongly condemned my wifes actions as vindictive and unbeleivable. Her testimony at the hearing was incredibly unbeleivable to the whole courtroom, and a record of the proceeding with the judges comments about her obvious vindictiveness and unbeleivable testimony is a matter of record that I am having transcripted as of this date. What actions in a malicious prosecution lawsuit against her and her attorney and at what court level. Thank you for your inputs. Mike Jones
