Yes, this is certainly considered to be lucky in some parts! Yeah, I've been crapped on a few times myself and so has my Wife while we were walking together. For some strange reason, neither of us felt lucky at all??

OH! Thank God! You are safe! Once it happened with me, though it was not a bird. I had just come out of a shop and going to the opposoite side to start my scooter. As is my habit, I always put on my helmet, before driving a two wheeler, I had barely put on helmet, me and my better half heard a loud thud on my head and I was just taken aback and lost for few moments. When I gathered my thoughts and composure, I found that it was a earthen pot which had fallen from a the roof top of a house, straight on my head, we thank God for the favour, because had the pot fallen a few second earlier, when I had not put my helmet on, my head would have been smashed and I had gone for over and would not have been writing this response. We immediately rushed to a temple for conveying our thanks to the Great God.
