Are Night Life People bad?

My mum has this stereotype that people who go clubbing smokes and drinks and is bad company altogether. It's frustrating. I mean, i don't go clubbing nor smoke nor drink. But i have some friends that do. And i can tell you that not all clubbers smoke nor binge drink. But my mum just banks them in into the BAD COMPANY category that does drugs and god knows what other forbidden stuff. I however, think that it's all up to the individual. I do have quite a number of friends that smoke, but i don't smoke. In fact i don't find it tempting at all. So as parents, do you think the same way?
