Well this has to do with my hubby's cell phone. He had left it uncharged all weekend and then he went to charge it last night and it would only charge up to 2 lines on the battery. So he decided to put it back on charger and his screen got a message saying CRASHED and then it said 2.1 analysis and then said CRASHED again. What keeps boggling my mind is that I know that computers can crash and all but how is it a Cell Phone can crash? Is there anyone here that could maybe explain why his phone would just crash like that. Thanks ahead of time. Happy Mylotting

Hi, iam clueless too. But what i suggest you is try getting a new battery and use it, because i feel your battery has lost power or may be some de-magnetisation had occured. it is just a guess. So if you feel okay with it, try to buy a new battery. Take care friend

OK that is great I will be buying a new battery then it will be cheaper then buying a new cell phone. Oh one more question when we put the new battery in it will all of his stored stuff be on the phone still or will we have to re-put the numbers he had back in there? Happy Mylotting

I have never heard of a cellphone dying from not being charged.... I have left mine uncharged for months at times when I had pay as you go and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I do know that cells can get a virus just like a computer so maybe that's what happened

Yes in fact that is what happened after more searching the net about it that is what came up. We too have pay as you go and it can be hard to keep them loaded with minutes. I still did not that they could get viruses just like computers. I'm glad that I do know that now.
