In a reversal of one of the most blatant crimes against justice and the US Constitution, two border patrol agents were "convicted" of brutality against a slice of crotch rot, Osvaldo Aldrete Davila.
Instead of allowing them to continue doing their jobs, the "justice" system listened to a known drug smuggler. A pimple with a robe and gavel sentenced them to 10 years in prison.
The drug smuggler not only got of scot free, he was given amunity!
Prs. Bush has done the right thing and commuted their sentences. They will be free soon.
Thank you Prs. Bush. I don't know why you stopped short of pardoning them completely, but commuting their sentence frees them.
Now, true justice would see the people instrumental in putting them in prison filling the cells that are now empty.

I am still wondering why they did not give them full pardons. That is what they truely deserved. They may be getting out of prison but it will be as convicted felons.

Certainly, I am happy about this. I would have been dissapointed in President Bush if he had not done this. Clearly shows how warped the justice system has become due to liberal brain mush.

Ted I had been waiting to hear if they would be released. I think it is a crying shame that they were no given amunity, but as you say at least they will be freed. As for filling the cells, I heard on the news this morning that one of O'Bama's first priorities, maybe even one of the bills he signs tomorrow after the innaugration will be to close the compounds that have been holding the terriorist and Illegal aliens. All the crud of the earth will be released back into our society to begin their terrorist acts against us again. God bless America, we are gonna need it. BTW That info came from ABC's Charlie Gibson, doing an interview on The View this morning.
