analog or digital wrist watch?

Most of my closest friends know that i am so dumb when it comes to analog watches especially if there are only numbers 3, 6, 9, and 12 on it. I know short and long hand was taught in school way back when we were in pre-school but i just have a hard time reading on the short and long hand if there are no lines or numbers indicated in it.

Now after reading that, i know most of you would think that i am using a digital watch since analog gets me confuse of the time... but to tell you frankly my friends i am using an analog watch. i have to overcome my weakness by using something that i know i am not good at. i have several digital watches but most of the watches that i own are analog. In life we can't just wallow on our fears or weaknesses we have to use it for us to be triumphant and that's the spirit that I have to overcome those that i am not good at.

Hi friend,
I don;t have either of the two types of watches you have. I am not using watch now because I am just staying home and there are lots of watches at home.... hahaha we have wall clock, I can also use the time in my computer, we have table clock, and I h ave cellphone that tells me the time. I think I don;t need to have one because I am not going out all the time. Lol. I have no idea either what is that analog? hahahah

Hi friend, if you are just at home then it wouldn't have a need to wear a wrist watch especially if you are in front of the computer where the time will be in front of you. LOL. Analog watch is the watch with a dial, short hand and long hand... Ring the bell? I know you know that and have seen it it could be that you are not familiar with the name but that would be that. LOL. thanks for the response.

Hi, I prefer an analog watch. I have never had a digital watch other than the clock showing on my cell phone.The analog watch that shows marking on 12,3,6,9 the long hand is the minute hand and the short hand is the hour hand. Now with the long hand going by the minute remember there are 60 minutes in 1 hour.Not sure if I explained it correct for you to understand but you will get used to it in awhile.

Yeah, I know how to read it i just get confused if i only have those numbers on my watched. There are watches that doesn't have any numbers or lines on its dial what you only see are numbers 12, 3, 6, and 9 none other than that, that's get me confused but with those that have lines on it, i am good in reading that better.

Good for you! Next you'll be using military time (the 24 hour clock.)
I only use an analog watch. That's because I absolutely hate trying to figure out how to set a digital watch!
