The stars mean how good you are here at mylot the higher the star the better you are at contruibuting here at mylot. I know that spelling sucked there. i guess that if you have a 10 in the star that means you are the best! lol. Mine tends to be either a 6 or 7 I am happy with that. Even thought I have over 300 posts I consdier myself as a newbie still. So once you reach over a 100 posts you will get a star as well. Happy mylotting to you imgrandma12,

stars is a ranking system on how other mylotters rank your discussions and replies... 10 is the highest and 1 is the lowest.. You will start getting a rank once you have posted over a 100 discussions or replies.. And once you get to 500 post.. you're able to copy and paste your replies.. :)

Once you reach 100 posts, you will receive your star. So keep posting and you'll reach it faster.

yes dear friend . the star that we have earned will come your way too the moment you cross a hundred mark against your name . just do a little more work you are already at 36!!! good luck!!

This is a popular discussion. I started it once and have seen it at least five times. Anyways i see that in the previous replies they tell you when you get a star but not what it means. Its your rating. Your reputation. People rate your discussions and thats how you earn a star. So making good discussions does mean something.
