I believe that it is important to make at least one good deed a day. Doing good things just lifts everybody's spirits up. Please post the good deed you have done today...
It has been the usual day for me but I think little good deeds matter. Today I cleaned the house thoroughly, prepared my boyfriends uniform for tomorrow, planned a trip for my friends on Sunday, and cooked for my mom and bf.
I also did something for myself by eating more and forgetting my extreme diet for a while and exercising enough! Tonight, I will then again thank God for the wonderful day He has given me.

Offline my good deed every day is to ring a friend who I have not heard in ages. There could be many reasons why we lost touch and by hearing them it usually cheers us both up

Yeah sure that is a good deed! Thanks for your response! I think it is really important to keep in touch with our friends no matter how far they are. :)

I haven't done a good deed today YET, but yesterday I moved a troubled teen into my home and we plan to keep her here and make her as comfortable as possible for the next two years. So, I imagine having her here will give me plenty more opportunities for good deeds. :-) We hope to enrich her life (she's sixteen) and influence her as positively as possible.
