I just bought some craw fish, I have no clue what to do with it. It was in the reduced meat section so I got it. Now what?

My kids used to catch crawfish or crawdads in the fall when the water was let out of the irrigation canals. We would just boil them up and then eat them. They were pretty small so didn't do it often.

The ones the kids caught were pretty bland. They weer so small that they had to catch so many to make it worth while to even boil the water but they wanted to try them and they had fun catching them.

I think you would cook them the same way you would crabs or lobster, in water with seafood seasoning. I don't eat them, I do not like eating things that you have to clean as you eat. It doesn't look like there is much to eat on a crawfish. I know a lady once brought some to our church picnic, she was showing everyone how to eat them. They really did not tempt me.

I have never had crawfish before. From what I know though a lot of people boil them in a pot with other types of seafood.
