My teenage niece had been having pimples since she was sixteen (she's eighteen now). Her classmate adviced her to put eggwhite on her face every night for 30 minutes. She noticed that some of her pimples are gone. have you tried using eggwhites as you facial or beauty regimen?

there is no harm in trying. That's a good idea. I might as well try it if it will help my face wrinkle-free. I will experiment on it. thanks for that good idea.

I would put anything within reason on my face to lessen the wrinkles tried all the expensive creams for years but nothing really works ,age is normal I suppose ,drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep and use a good moisturiser at night, other wise it cost far to much of my allowance.

I have never hear of using eggwhites before. I do still get little blemishes here are there but nothing major. But that is due to hormones around that time of the month. Which I think most girls do get. I have heard of other ways like peroxide which that is in most if not all facial cleansers for acne. As well as another one which most if not all people would find disgusting. So I won't even mention that one.

Peroxide may be good for taking off those pimples in the face but it is best if done professionally for it might damage your skin if you apply much of it. If I am not mistaken, the medical professionals do check the skin first of their patients whether or not they have allergic reactions to it. Eggwhite is at least just natural and there is no need to do some skin testings. Thanks for your nice comment. dd

I have never heard of that. It sure doesn't mean that it won't work. Keep us updated on how it goes. How long has she been doing it?

She has been doing it for a couple of months now, around 6 months to be precise. So far, it helped her lessen those pimples on her face. I will be updating the results next time. Hope that would bring really great results. Thanks for responding. dd

I have never tried this, but it would be nice to find something that finally works. I've had acne since I was 16-17, and I'm 20 now!! So does she just break out a raw egg and fish out the whites, or does she do something with the whites of a hard boiled egg (like mash it up and mix with water or something?)
