Are you a patient person?

I can be a very patient person with a lot of things, but when it comes to waiting for a package to arrive I can be a pain in the... erm, behind. I get all excited and jumpy, and I can get pretty aggitated if it takes longer than expected.
Anywho, I was waiting to get a custom my little pony done. She would be painted a different colour, getting new symbols and new hair, etc. I was lucky enough to be able to contract this customizer as she doesn't have that much open spots for doing custom work. I have waited for 7 months, because I wasn't first in line and illness etc. of the customizer, but finally she is done! And she was worth the waitte, she is gorgeous!!
Have you ever needed to waitte for something you wanted badly? How did you kill time? Or didn't you have a hard time waiting at all?

I agree, it's nice receiving mylot payment and nice things can't come soon enough
. I like receiving my payment as I use it to fund new additions to my collection, so depending on whether I have set my mind to something I really would like to buy the waiting gets harder or is less hard.
Waiting for your baby seems like the ultimate test in patience
, thank you for adding that!

Hi Cyberfluf, I would say in general I am a patient person and much more so now I am older but I still have my moments where I get impatient for something to happen or for something to arrive I think that is just human nature. I hate to wait 11 months to be housed from living in one room with two of my children but that flew by and was worth the wait. Huggles. Ellie :D

I'm glad time passed fast for you waiting those 11 months, I agree we all get our impatient moments from time to time. I guess the more important it seems to be to us, the harder the waitte is. Luckily when something is worth the waitte it tends to be even nicer once you finally receive it. Have a great day xoxo

I'm terrible for waiting for things. I'm usually ready about an hour before I need to leave as well. If my other half texts me and says "I've got a present for you", he knows it will drive me mad having to wait until I get home to see what it is. Presents for me always have to be well hiden in our house because I'll go looking for them.
I agree that sometimes waiting makes things seem better but I hate having to wait and I drive everyone else crazy as well.

Thank you for a very honest and very descriptive response, SuzyLong. I can imagine being so anxious for things might drive people around you a bit crazy, but it's also a quality you have that people will find amusing from time to time and because it's a part of you it's also a part they love and cherish just as much as any other aspect. As long as you are able to have a good laugh about it it's not that bad. Take care!

but i am very impatient when i am expecting mylot payment.thank god,it is only once in a blue moon!!!
