When you call the customer service hotlines, you always hear this line. I am just wondering, if they appreciate our business, and if our business is really important to them, why do they have to wait for twenty or thirty minutes just to talk to a representative who is not able to answer our questions. Then he/she would transfer us and we have to wait for another thirty minutes to talk to another representative. Well, that's what we get for calling.

Hey, Well the main reason is that they are so jam packed with people asking for help, is that they can't really also be with you at the same time. I know that it is a pain, but we all just have to bear with them, they don't like having hundreds of people in line either. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!
