Small random happiness.

Where and when do you find small and random happiness? I found one today when I was craving a chocolate chip cookie and I remembered I still had some left. Other times, I get excited when I find the new words I learned, in something totally different or random from where I first learned it (yes, I'm a nerd). Or when you find a dollar in the jeans you washed? When do you get small excitements?

Some people are happier than other. They are not necessarily materially rich. They just take things easy and replenish themselves with positive imputs like humor or random happiness, which others might not feel the same.
For me, everytime I got a call from my former colleagues, I feel unexpectedly happy. My grandson is making progress in learning. He normally speaks standard chinese, but one day he came to sing a shanghai dialect child song, which made me surprised and happy.
