How do you stay fit?

It has been proven that sedentary jobs(lack of physical activity) can lead to cardiovascular diseases. How do you maintain a well-balanced lifestyle? Please remember, "We are what we eat" which means that it all relies on our food intake. How often do you exercise? are you really healthy?

every morning when i wake up..me and my sisters go to jogging daily for daily exercise and to maintain physically fit.

eat what u want with moderation ... whar is bad for the health is if you eat all with no control..

hi there,,, well i exercise daily in gym for atleast 1 hour to keep myselg healthy and stay fit also i go for jogging on weekends ,,,and always try to stay on a balanced diet
