Peeling Eggs

I love EATING eggs but not peeling them. I was just peeling some quail's eggs and i realize how much i hate peeling eggs. I can't seem to peel a perfect egg out. It always ends up with craters here and there. Is there anyway i can be able to peel off easily a flawless egg?

if u cook for 15 minutes with sufficient water ,u can peel easily. cook with water filled till the eggs dip in it .
