Do you have trouble choosing usernames and passwords?

Every time I join a new site, or register for something I have to choose a username and password. The trouble is I know I'm going to forget it, so I write it down as I go along. Then you get a message coming up like - you may not use that in a password - or - you have to have letters and numbers. By the time you've finished you have crossed out the password that you had written down about 5 times. You can't keep using the same password for everything, because then if anyone found out what it was they would have access to everything. Do you have this trouble?

Yes!Me too have written down in a diary.I have separate user names for every site and separate password also.It is hard to remember all the things. But with frequent usage,we will remember the user name and pass words.Only the sites without long attendance are prone to loss of memory.

Good idea with the diary. I had been thinking about using a spreadsheet, but I haven't been able to decide whether it would be safe to save it on my computer. You never know when a virus or hacker might get in. Not to be paranoid or anything... :)

As for me, I have and need to maintain the same username and password for me not to forget it. Never share your password to anyone, that's just one way to save your password.
