Are the dreams true?

My friends see many dreams. I hardly see any. They talk about their dreams and try to interpret those. I feel it is wastage of time. Dreams are (if any) just dreams – overlapping of many thoughts because of relaxed phase of brain. They have no relevance with the real life. What do you feel?

You say it is an overlapping of thoughts, but a waste of time.
I would have to disagree. I believe that the dreams and ideas we have, regardless of the time frame, are important to who we are. People have nightmares and talk in their sleep when things are bothering them...either sorting things out or figuring out what is truly going on...
I have always been an interpreter of dreams and been intrigued by the connections to my waking life. My dreams are another part of who I am and understanding and retaining these thoughts are what help better my life...
