Maintenance planning for cranes

My company has 11 crawler cranes and 8 hydraulic cranes. Usually the company is too busy and it is very dificult to carry out one good planned maintenance. Anyway, as a firt step, I want you help me to perform one maintenance planning for the cranes. Have any previous form with you?
