How can you add funds from your credit card on your paypal account?

Please help me with that. I tried on the add funds sections, but it only sais that only bank account and only from US. I`m not from the US. I`ve verified my CC and i don`t know how to add funds to my paypal account. I have just 1,5 eur or 1,8 $ from the verification of the card. Please help me!

You can not add fund from your credit card to your Paypal account. You can only add fund from a US Bank Account.
But if you are just adding fund to your Paypal account to purchase something, then you can just use your credit card. If you already attached your credit card to your paypal account, it is very safe to pay for anything through Paypal. I am not from the US too, and for more than 6 months, I have been purchasing using my credit card through Paypal.

i want to buy something, and i have a Credit Card in euros and i need american dollars. For that i signup at paypal, and i want to fund my account to buy hosting to an website. Please, can you tell me how can i do that? you said that you did it. Please help me.
