Flu or alike illness bug running rampid

We've had some virus sweep thru my house my 2 girls got it, I got it and now my ds... dh was the only one spared so far. I've been fine since Wed, not eating a lot though & I tried to eat normally yesterday. So now I'm woken up w/ some really bad gas & burp'n (wich I get when I'm going to puke). I need sleep & I really can't afford to get sick not today....... it's the only day I work & we need the $ for groceries ect please let this pass before I have to go in, I can't afford to call in not now when hubby's hrs got cut this week. good vibes please!
