Be active during the day

You are probably noticed how how much running around little kids do- and how suddenly they sleep. Take a tip from a toddler and get at least 60 minutes of exercise a day. Physical activities can decreases stress and help people feel more relaxed. Just do not work out too close to bedtime because exercise can wake you up before its slows you down.

It's true we have the most perfect sleep during childrenhood, more activity in kids is an important reason, on the other hand, kids seldom have annoyance comapred to adults. That is whay adults often recall and cherish the time of being a child.

Agree with you, Ajit25. Sometimes when I sit too long, will feel very tired but unable to sleep at night. Next morning will feel very miserable and grumpy, easily irritated by anything that anyone says or does.
A long walk of 3 hours is the best. Feels very happy and satisfied with life. Eat well and sleep well too.

It's important to not only exercise earlier in the day but to also feel young. Feeling younger motivates me in exercising more than if I think my age or only 10 years younger or more. I like to think like a kid before high school. Also exercising outside with fresh air = fresh oxygen rather than inside where there's stale air. I wish I had enough of both but I do what I can with little results.
