It is bad enough just having to go to the hospital but having to deal with the nightmare that can ruin your life finacially after dealing with the health issues just makes it all that much worse. I went through this and had to file BK over it - it was outrageous - $10 for A, as in ONE, asprin. $49 for A, as in ONE, tagamet pill and the list went on. I argued, but it did no good. So While all this bickering is going on about the stimulus bill of billions and billions to help the economy, like allowing new cars sales to deduct state sales tax and interest on new cars bought this year, since everyone is unemployed, who the heck has the money to buy a car and spend all that money in the first place only to have a tax deduction next year to maybe lower what you owe. meaning hardly anything going back into the economy.... and a $15k tax deduction if you buy a new home (who has that much money to put down on a new home in the first place so it can be deducted the following years - yes years), why doesn't Obama and the Dems and Reps put some money into creating an organization and hiring lot of people to help with this disgusting treatment to so many! It'd put alot of people to work as well as saving people alot of money that could be spent elsewhere on product to improve the economy. Don't you think this would be a good place to start improving this country? Stop letting the big guys scam "main street" http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/Insurance/Insureyourhealth/P74840.asp
