I often use it . It is a good utility to configure your PC especially when a virus attacks the PC and it is an executable, we can disable it from running at startup by using msconfig (unless virus doesnt prevent you from using msconfig)

I do check it out sometimes to see what it is in it. I don't want to disable programs to load from it because it asks for restart and stuffs. I use system mechanic software. It also has the feature to disable or remove the startup programs.

No, until you said that I don't know when the last time I used this would be. hrmmmm! I don't really see a reason to use it to tell you the truth unless you are having trouble.
