Philly's Phinest, at it again!!

Yep - they just keep making the city look better and better. And, this time, as in several other cases, it was caught on tape - they cannot deny it or pretend otherwise. A suspect was shot because he allegedly pointed a gun at them. But, they refused to take him to the hospital because of his offense - in other words, he deserved to die and they weren't about to have him in their cars to take him for medical care. Fortunately, a lady sergeant was on the scene and that's when it got hot! She outranked the men, but they didn't budge. Was it because she was a she or because they wanted the man to die or a little of both? Philly cops aren't known for their upstanding ethics and morals as it is, so this just adds to the ever-growing list of things that show them to be thugs with a badge (as I see it, anyway). I'm not defending the victim's actions - if he did indeed point a gun at them, then they did what they had to do. But, to allow him to bleed to death and then to fight with a higher ranking officer about it when ordered to do it shows them to be nothing more than vigilantes who don't care about the process of justice, other than street justice. They have lowered themselves to the level of those they defend us from. The men in this case disgust me. They are useless to me. They have no value as men or as police to me.
