thank you.. but in doing so for me, i could not sleep under that sets of advice. hehe.. it will just awaken me more..

we are the same. but i don't drink that coffee anymore because it will just worsen the situation. i don't know. there are times that i could really not sleep. especially when i have this struggle.. huhu.. it really drags me down to my senses. it does not help me anymore, even physically.. hope you can relate..

Hello,Bautista! If I don't get to sleep by 1.AM I would take a glass of warm milk sweetened with honey.It brings me in to deep sleep soon.You also take a glass of warm milk with honey and enjoy a goodnight sleep.thanx.

I start reading a book.Don't know why, but I always fall asleep while reading book in the evening.My pc doesn't help me at all, I start chatting, listen to music , watch videos and I don't get tired till the sunrise. Try reading an old newspaper.You'll get bored and you'll go to bed soon. :D

Hi,
Rightly identified by U. avoid those factors which are abstaining sleep to come.Lots of worries,stimulant(e.g-coffee habit before bed), excessive tiredness,Late-night working habits etc are those stimulants which will work against the sleep architecture.Take care, otherwise early burning-out is inevitable!U may go for some stress-management exercise, before bed.

When i can't sleep, i don't count sheeps like old folks tale do because it won't do anything on me. What i would first do is to go to the kitchen, prepare something to eat and drink a warm glass of milk and that helps me most than anything.
The second attempt i would try if i still don't feel sleepy is check my email, edit my friendster account, write a blog or do some digital scrapbooking. I am using my time for useful things, although at that time, i didn't know anything about MyLot at all.
Third attempt, if i can't still feel sleepy, i will watch a movie that we downloaded on pc and try to watch it even if my eyes feel painful. If it feels heavy, and i feel dizzy, then that's the time to hit the sack.

i do not stay in bed i get up and walk around in the house, i have been having trouble sleeping lately myself, i think my problem is stress, since my husband has been with out work im worrying to much about everything. And when i cant keep my eyes open any more i lay back down.
