hi eaforeman6...i like a variety of music. i like bach, vivaldi, chopin, al green-how can you mend a broken heart. beattles-don't let me down. paul mccartney-mull of kintyre. i like the clarinet polka. i like a song from the back street boys and nsync. i like the sound of the youthful jonas brothers. and i like church hymns and some modern christian music. i think every generation has some good music to contribute. no one generation has all good music. hehe. but they come up with some classics, some deep thinking songs. some light-hearted songs. some comforting songs. and i say each generation but not each category. some modern groups don't provide any comfort or encouragement. some groups tend to encourage self-destruction. those i do not like. of the ones that i do like i cannot choose a complete best because it depends on my mood.

yeah i know what you mean. often when i clean my ferrets cage i like to play ricky martin-she bangs. it has a good rhythm that helps to get it done. the down side is that when i vacuum (which i don't like to)i can't play music cause the vacuums too loud. but just the same lively music does help you do unpleasant chores. it gives a pick-me-up boost.

From time to time I still enjoy listening to music from the 50s and 60s. Besides Christian music, and some country, my favorite era of music had to be back in the late 70s, early 80s.

A vast proportion of my music collection is from the 80s my friend, I don't like the music of today, and I listen to the 80s on my Itunes and on my Ipod when I go to the gym as well as when I am in my car. However there are groups and artists from both the 60s and 70s that I enjoy listening to. It would be hard to choose an exact year but the decade would be the 80s, maybe it was when I appreciated music the most, born in 71 I guess the 80s stick with me the most and probably will all my life.

The eighties music rocks. I do wish that John Lennon had lived to record like he wanted to. I thought he had a great voice and I did enjoy his music. Did you and I like almost all the Beatles music. I like U2, and so many of the bands. I grew up with the Beatles and those were the first albums that I ever had. I built a collection.

Hi eaforeman6! I do love the music in my parent's generation. Growing uyp listening to the music they listen to was alright by me at that time and I did learn to enjoy and love it. They usually play Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, and so many more. I do love Three coins in a fountain, Smoke gets in your eyes, etc.. Forgot the titles and the singers but I did enjoy their music. I love of course the sound of the 70s and 80s. I really can't say which year or generation I love best because each year has its own charm and I have my memories connected with all those sounds. Take care and have a great day! lovelots..faith
