Does anyone know hot to make your pictures transparent?

I know how to make them into a watermark...but they are almost too light. I want to turn some of my photos into backgrounds for my poetry....so if you have instructions for me I would appreciate it! Thanks ahead of time!

hey babes ooh that sounds lovely what application are you using the easiest and most accessable way that i know is in paint. Go to image and untick draw opaque it all depends on what your using though programme wise.

Adjusting the opacity in any photo editing program will make the photo more transparent. Using a higher opacity percentage will make your photo darker, and a lower opacity percentage will make your photo lighter!
