Over-population? Should developing countries be forbidden to have children?

I think that there should be a limit....because it is just getting crazy and all the children are starving..and dying.

what do u consider developing? I live in a developed one I guess and I sure don't want the govt. telling me I can't have kids. If we stopped having kids there would be no one to take care of us when we got old!
