Key Lime Cheesecake

I bought this Philadelphia Ready to Serve Key Lime Cheesecake filling yesterday and spread it on Nilla Wafers and made sandwiches for the kids for desert last night. It was really good. They loved it. Have you ever tried the ready to serve cheesecake filling before? They have plain and Key Lime.

That sounds so good! I've never done that before, and I doubt I will any time soon. Trying to loose weight and all. But Yoplait has key lime pie yogurt, and although it isn't nearly as good as key lime cheesecake, it is very tasty. I guess it is better than nothing.

I tried the plain cheesecake filling. I didn't like it. I think the key lime might be better. I think putting it on the nilla vanilla wafers would be good. I just really didnt like the flavor of the plain cheesecake very much. I don't want to try it again.

My sister in law shared some of that with me recently. Makes for a yummy dessert. Thanks to her, I think I may be addicted. Easy and tastes really good.
