Another user using your IP address already...

I've been wondering why I've been this message from neobux every time I click on an ad, 'Another user using your IP address already viewed this advertisement in the last 24 hours...'. I don't understand why I get that message when there is a yellow star beside that ad. It's been happening for the last 3 days and I'm 50+ cents away from my second payout. Anyone here experiencing the same. I am beginning to think that neobux is trying to cheat me so I won't reach my payout. I hope I'm I'm wrong because as of this time time neobux seems to be the only legit ptc I've joined.
I tried to click on the ad again and the message I got this time 'too many failed attempts, try again later'. Wow, I hope they're not trying to cheat me of my $3. Just $3, I can't imagine.

I hope not either some one said the other day that the sight was down! I do clicxsence and have been paid fast when I paid for a year.
But I havent been able to pay up this year yet. So it is a slow go but I have been paid by them as soon as I made the $10

This might be because you are using a dynamic IP address. IP address tend to change when you turn off your internet connection, and when you use the internet again you will have a new IP which might have been already used by a person who has the same ISP provider.
I would suggest that you always keep track of your IP address or you can ask your ISP for a static IP address that will only be assigned to you.
