Is Chinese dumpling popular with you ?

Dumpling is the traditional home-made food. As far as I know every foreigner who comes to China must have a good taste of dumplings, we call it "jiao zi " in Pinyin. The contents can be varified, some restaurants has endured over hundreds of years serving hundreds of dumplings. The common home made are cucumber dumplings, tomato, beef, lamb, pork, mushroom, pepper, cabbage, pickcled vege, and so on. It can be boiled, or fried. It's the main staple. On the biggest festival---Spring Festival, it is a must for every household.

I love dumplings! I don't get good ones very often around here, but I remember when I did get good dumplings -- they were excellent.
One day I'd love to go to China and try some real authentic ones.
