Internet or Pc Trouble

I live in Vermont, and ever since they did the digital switch with the televisions, both me and hubby have had freezing problems with our pc's. Is anyone else that went through the digital switch also having problems? Is it true, our imagination, or our cable (we get a bundle service)providers problem? Before 2-17 everything was fine. But now freezing happens a couple times a day. Any suggestions?
