Have any of you watched the new TV show Dollhouse? If so, what do you think of it? I saw the second episode a couple of nights ago and I like the show. I am a fan of Eliza Dushku from her Buffy/Angel days, and I also liked her shortlived series Tru Calling. I have to admit though that it can be hard to follow at times. I have not decided whether or not it's going to be a hit yet, but I hope that it will.

Oh, ya. Eliza has been a real favorite of mine for many years. I still recall the Angel episode where Angel gets her to help him and they go on their little adventure. She was so good at that character! I am pleased she has a new show and I hope she is successful and the show goes for a long run. I recall her in TruCalling too. She was great! In all she does. I hope the DollHouse gets better like The Beast has. There is alot of opportunity for good storyline and that will cause for excellent fan following. Hope they have some good writers.

Joss Whedon is heading up the show, celticeagle, and he is one of the best. My main concern is that the point of the show might be misinterpreted by some who are unfamiliar with Whedon's style. I also hope that it will be a huge hit!

I watched an episode of it on Friday. I'm not sure what episode it was, but it was interesting. I only caught the last half hour or so of the show though so I missed on the beginning to know exactly what happened. I loved Eliza when she was on Buffy. I thought she was an excellent cast member. I'm just worried about how this will make her look as an actress. I'm worried the role won't show all the great characters that she can portray.

From what I've seen of the show, highflyingxangel, her character will get a chance to play a variety of roles because the premise of the Dollhouse is for them to fulfill fantasies. I hope it isn't going off into a really dark storyline.

i really don't think its going to make it, now if they showed episode 2 before episode 1 maybe, i thought the pilot sucked, but the show is getting better each episode and thats a plus, they didn't really explain what was going on during the 1st episode just alot of bar scene's and her great body hopeing to get the younger viewers. whether or not she has the pull for prime time slot remains to be seen. when you see other shows like leverage and the closer at that time of night this dosen't compare, but any new original show would be a relief after all the reality crap.

I really think that the show is getting better with each episode. The more it gets into the characters, the better. I really hope it lasts!

I haven't decided what I think of it yet. It has alot of potential to be really interesting. In fact, I really like the premise -- especially because it is an odd one. But I'm not sure about how I like how they go about it yet, and the characters in general. The second episode really did give a hint that it might just need a couple more episodes to really heat up...so we'll see.

I love the show! It was slow at first, probably because there was much explaining (or rather, showing?) to do! But the idea is pretty ingenious and unique! :D The ironic twist of the whole Dollhouse system is fantastic! And the characters - each one is alive. Especially, of course, ECHO aka Caroline! She can really kick butt when she wants to, and yet as a person without a character, Echo is so naive and fragile, you can't help but feel sorry for her and protective as well. :) I just love this show! And I can't wait to see the second season! I bet its going to be AWESOME! :D
